Steve Coleman and Ronnie Capps took the 2007 Points Champions Angler Team of the Year honors for a third consectutive time. Finishing second in the points race at Mark Twain sealed the victory. The team will be awarded a Tracker Pro Team 190 boat at the National Championship.
Food Source team Stephen and Kevin McElroy were unbable to attend spoiling their chance to tie the points race. American Angler-Grizzly Jig team of Wade Mansfield and Reggie Riedinger took first points at Mark Twain moving them up to fifth place overall in the standings. Blakemore Lures Roadrunner team of Coy and Gilford Sipes came in at fifth in the points at Mark Twain but accumulating enough points to tie for third overall with BnM Whitey Outlaw and Dean Sanders.
Cabela's Tony Edgar and John Shannon finished third in points at Mark Twain and Hydroglows team Phil and Eva Rambo finished fourth in points.
