To qualify for the National Championship in 2008, there are a couple of ways.

1. Fish a divisional tournament, finishing in the top 5 will qualify you.

2. Fish a major one day national qualify tournament or 2 day open tournament including the Missouri & Mississippi State Championship and finishing in the top 20 will qualify you.

3. You must send your entry and payment in for the Championship within 30 days of qualifying or you will have to re-qualify. Bump downs will be done after 30 days of a tournament.
