Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters All American Tournament will hold the Mississippi State Championship in Tunica, MS. on July 31 & August 1, 2009. Day one anglers will fish Tunica Lake and on day two fish Arkabutla . Sponsored by Bass Pro Shops, Tracker Marine, Toyota, Mercury Motors, Minn Kota, Humminbird, Hollywood Casino and Tunica Convention and Visitors Bureau the tournament will be the final southern qualifier for the 2009 National Championship to be held on Grenada Lake in September.
The tournament seminar will be held at the Hollywood Casino in Tunica, MS. on July 30th. Registration begins at 5:00 pm and the seminar starts at 6:30 pm. Pre fishing ends at 4 pm on July 30th on both lakes. Fishing hours will be 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with anglers having to be in the weigh in line by 3:30 pm on both days.
A kids fishing rodeo will be held at the Tunica Expo fishing pond on August 1, 2009. Kids can register from 8 am to 9 am at the Expo fishing pond. Fishing and activities will be from 9 to 11 am. Kids should bring there pole and baits. All kids will receive a prize.
